Been Stressed, Difficulty In Concentration, Irritation In Nostril, Breathing Issue. Operated For DNS. What Will Help?
Dear sir, i got operated for DNS in 2000 since then i have a problem that my right side of head always remain stressed, i always feel like sleeping. finding it difficult to concentrate. and it happens to me round the clock 365 days. i cant sit below the fan even for 10-15 minutes. otherwise my right side of head become heavy and i feel irritated. i always feel irritation under my right eye and inside right nostril.and i always keep on sniffing. my breathing is uneven and i feel very depressed and sick. since i got operated my DNS i could not recover my health also. please guide me..

I'd need some more detailed history of your surgery and post surgical recovery for making some definite comments.
Right now with the history I feel your problem still lies with some kind of problem with the nasal cavity itself. Either the DNS is persisting or something like a polyp is present there.
You don't need to worry much a simple physical examination should identify the problem. Get an appointment with an ENT specialist.
In the mean time avoid cold food and drinks. Also get some over the counter analgesics like acetaminophen for your pain.
