Baby Has A Rash That Began With Few Bumps. It Spread. Throat Was Red And Tested Negative For Strep. No Sore Feet. Not Blister. Treatment?

My 9 month old baby hash a rash that began with a few bumps on her legs. A few on her arms, then they have now spread over her legs and arms. She had a fever the day of noticing the bumps on her legs. Throat was red and tested negative for strep. Any ideas of what this could be? Her per. Said hfmd. But there r no sores in her mouth on her feet or hands. The r pimply like not blister like. I disagree with the doc but may be wrong. How long should I wait to return her to daycare?

most likely chances of viral as viral like measles behaves like this
use simple cpm syp according to weight dose schedule written on bottle bd
give meftal for fever
apply histocalamine on skin for curing rash
and local mouh application of antiallergic gel to clear the mouth lesions
