BP is 160/98 and experiencing weird sensations in legs and arms

bp is 160/98 and experiencing weird sensations in legs and arms My legs and arms feel heavy and my bp is 160/98 . Recently put on weight... now 195 and a 58 year old female. I am only taking a thyroid med. I have been diagnosed with Hashimotos..but, I think that is a non-disease. Can t get any help with that issue. What else is going on with me ? Am I okay?.
