Arms Puffy And Red After Salt And Ice Challenge. How To Remove It?

Hi I did the salt and ice challenge today and the ice was only in there for 4 minutes then I rinsed off my arm. It is now puffy and a tiny bit red! Is there anything I can do to get rid of it? Do I have a burn now? It s not that bad. And will it scar and if so what can I do now to help prevent it?

Dear Friend
I am unable to understand why you have done such kind of irrelevant testing?
Are yoi suffering from any allergy or something??
This kind of exposure can really cause a burn , it is superficial or deep this would be evident after examination.
Any scar would left or not , depends upon the degree of burn.
Consult a plastic surgeon neaby.
Stay Healthy.
