Hi Dr. I'am Alvin 32 yrs. old, male, 5'5" in height, 125lbs. My Routine Urinalysis result. Pus Cells : 3-6/HPF, RBC: Numerous, EPIT.CELLS: Occasional, A.URATES: Occasional, MUCUS THREADS : Occasional and RBC MORPHOLOGY : 80% DYSMHORPHIC and 20% MICROCYTIC?

hi, your pus cells 3-6 is normal but your numerous rbcs in urine is not at all. it indicate some serious disorder in urinary system. normally this much rbcs are not present in your urine. Numerous rbcs is trere means you have some bleeding in urinary tract. causes may be anywhare from kidney to bladder to lower tract or urethra. its a serios condition consult doctor immediatly and take treatment accordingly.
