Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Metformin?

Hello. My name is Minnie. Myself and my fiancé have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. I was pregnant once 7 yes ago but had ectopic preg. This yr in April I went to get a HSG test done (I had intercourse as soon as I got home) but them the day after I went to see my primary doc abouty back pain, she gave me a steroid shot which turned out to be a depo shot. I was very mad and irritated. So a few days after that I went to my obgyn and she started me on metformin. That same day I had light cramps and very light bleeding that only lasted for like ten mins... So since I had the depo shot and everything has happened what does this mean. Lately I ve been eating a lil more and very tired
