Are There Any Side Effects Of Prolonged Use Of Oranges?

I am eating 2-3 oranges everyday which makes me feel better from hay fever....I have been doing it for last 6 months or so and i do not get hay fever that often now...BUT i am a bit concerned that there may be some side effects of oranges? Are there any known side effects of oranges? should i stop taking it everyday?

Everyone is individual. You seem to be healthy with no chronic illnesses or allergies. Oranges contain a great source of vitamin C, fiber and nutrients in general. Three oranges per day should not harm you in anyway as part of a healthy, well-balanced diet. Regards, Kathryn Shattler, MS,RDN

No there is no side effects of oranges they will provide you with fibre , vitc and also less calories. They are rich sources of vit c so your iron absorption may improve. So don't worry.
