Are The Red Spots After Cured From Back Acne Curable?

i have used wallace brite cream under doctor's advice for back acne spots.but when i used it in two days my affected areas where i used it get red rashes and looking very ugly.i stop use this cream.But my question was is the red spots(side effects) cureable. please tell me.

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
It seems you have got contact dermatitis from hydroquinone which is key ingredient of BRITE cream.
I would suggest you to stop using it for few days and apply good quality moisturiser like CETAPHIL DAM twice a day.
Also apply a gentle steroid like desonide twice a day over red areas to bring down the inflammation.
I am sure if this is followd you will be fine in few days.
Moreover, though hydroquinone is useful for pigmentation, it should be used only as per the advise of treating dermatologist as this molecule can be harmful in skin if used inadvertently.
