Are Semen Count 30 Million Per Ml Normal?

hi sir this is my semen report pleas tell me this report normal? total quantity: 1.5 ml colour : greyish white viscosity : semi viccous ph : 8.00 total count ; 30 milion per ml actively motile : 40% sluggishly motile 35% dead 25% 4-to-6 inflammatory cells abnormal 20% pleas tell me i am normal or no?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.
Infection is indicated by the presence of inflammatory cells in semen.There shouldn't be any inflammatory cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigation like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

Sperm count and morphology of sperm is within normal limit.
