General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Since all the symptoms and investigations are leading to left sided problem a tumor like acoustic Neuroma or CP Angle tumor has to be ruled out immediately by CT and MRI of the mastoids and brain. An opinion of a ENT surgeon as well as of a Neurosurgeon should be sought after and the advise be followed up.

Till then continue the medicines related to Epilepsy, hypertension and any medical problems, both symptomatic and specific like nerve tonics. Once a proper diagnosis is done and if a tumor is found then you have to search for the Specialist who has dealt with such cases as there are few surgeons who can do the surgery endoscopically.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
