Are Pre-diabetic Symptoms Permanent In Nature?
my diagnosis reports is as follows: Age - 30/M HBA1c- 6.3 % Fasting Sugar- 118 PP - 224 I have had relatively more sweets in recent past and also less of physical activity, please suggest if I am having pre-diabetic symptoms and is it permanent in nature or I should get it checked again and how to overcome those to avoid T2 diabetic

dear sir I can understand your concern, as per your blood sugar report you are diabetic,but as per your average sugar report that is Hba1 c you are pre diabetic.
since your are very young your having a better chance to go back to normal again.
there are many patients for me who had done it.
to suggest you better I need your height weight and waist circumference in cms
don't worry you are still having time.
