Are Dry Cough And Nausea Due To Side Effects Of Medicines?

I had AVR with Root surgery on 10th December in India. Currently I am taking CORDORONE 200 mg OD, Tab Metalor 50 mg OD, Tab Lasix 40 mg OD, Lasilactone 1/2 OD, Ecosprin 150 mg, Pan 40 mg OD.
I am also taking Methatrexicate 15 mg once a week, Lepumide 20 mg OD, Folic acid 5 mg for Rheumatoid Arithiritis and Eltroxin 0.5 mg for my Thyroid.
For Last three weeks I have persistant dry cough , nausia and some times vomitting( in the evening).
Please let me know if it is the side effect of medicine or if it requires any adjustment of doze.

I am 58 years old woman working in Botswana.
