Are Dizziness, Headache And High Blood Pressure A Cause For Concern?

I just took my blood pressure. it is 142/100 with a pulse rate of 102. I am 23 y.o. I take 400mg of lamital, 80 mg of adderall xr, 5 mg of welbutrin each morning and 200 mg of seroquel and 50 mg of trazadone each night. My weight is 210, height 5'8". My dr. said I was prehypertensive a week ago. Tonight I am dizzy with a splitting headache. Should I be worried?

Hi,
your symptoms concern me a bit. In this small age, syndrome as such should never be overlooked. I donot want to frighten you, by telling you all the possible explanations for your symptoms. Kindly visit a Cardiologist, and get thoroughly checked. He may ask you to get a CT scan of the abdomen or at least an ultrasonography, with some blood and other tests like 24 hours Urine VMA etc.
