Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of back pain, stomach cramps, nausea and increased sense of smell are not specific for pregnancy.
You can take up urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy.
The urine pregnancy test becomes positive usually 10-14 days after conception.
Nausea and stomach cramps can be seen gastrointestinal tract infection.
Lower back ache and frequent urination can be seen in urinary tract infection.
Increased sense of smell can be seen in common cold or flu.
Thus, none of the symptoms are specific for pregnancy.
Conception occurs if unprotected sex is done 14 days prior to onset of menstruation.
Thus, you can take up urine pregnancy test at appropriate time for confirmation.

Thanks and take care
