What Causes Abdominal Pain, Back Pain And Frequent Urination?

Hi I am troubled with stomach pain frequent urination and back pain. Have been for bladder infection in past and am taking antibiotics for another bout right now while waiting on lab. Tests my question is could these symptoms be from another cause? I get these symptoms bout once a year.

According to history it could be Cystitis or pyelonephritis like infective etiology ....

USG and urine examination will be useful for investigation ...

If pus cells seen in urine than antibiotic given for that. ..

Along with lots of fluid and more water ...

Fruit more ...

Excess spicy food avoided ...

You have gastritis also associated for which omeprazole on empty stomach given before meal ...
