Are Estradiol And Progesterone Identical To Estrace And Prometrium?

I requested bio identical hormone replacement in pill form. My doctor called in a prescription for Estrace and Prometrium. I just picked up my prescription and both are substituted. I got Estradiol and Progesterone pills. Are the substitutes bio identical?
