Appears To Be Burst Blood Vessels In My Vagina. Not Herpes. Cure For Symptoms?

I have recently started a new relationship and noticed that I have what appears to be burst blood vessels in my vagina, they look like blisters but I'm positive it can't be herpes as I've had this happen in the past. I'm 44. My partner is obviously concerned and despite my telling him it's nothing to worry about, I'm not sure how to explain this isn't abnormal. Do I take him to my GP and ask my doc to explain it to him? Is there any literature on the subject you can suggest we read together?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You can consider taking him to your doctor.

Your doctor will able to assess you and discuss the issue with the both of you present. You should clarify what health information you want disclosed before hand.

Your partner may be reassured by the conversation.

I hope this helps
