Any Surgery Needed For Subserosal Fibroid In Posterior Wall And Pregnancy Is Possible?

My wife has a subserosal fibroid of 4.8 * 4.6 cm in the posterior wall . 29 yrs no kids,do she need surgery?Now she is taking ayurveda medicine to shrink the size of fibroid for 2months.Is pregnancy possible in this situation? she has regular periods.

Fibroid may cause problem during pregnancy. So ,get treated/operated for the fibroid first and then try to conceive.
