Hi

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Loose motion in children is usually virus induced gastroenteritis and is usually self limiting. It requires supportive care to avoid dehydration by using oral rehydration solution.
Also giving Ondensetaron syrup will be helpful for vomiting. Probiotic will be helpful for loose motion.

Take care
