Any Private Pain Doctor Who Can Treat Old Injuries ?

Where can I find a private pain doctor who can treat old injury's that have reoccurred in Sept.2007. I fell down 30 steps when I was leaving work one day and haven't been able to move since. I NEED the best pain doctor in NC. - In 2007 I broke my back and had lung surgery. I was in a coma ans also had to be on Kidney dialias. I was barely able to tolerate the pain since 2007 but now that I have feel down the stairs. After I broke my back, in the wreck I have been taking 4 ibuprofen at a time but i am still in tears and will lose my job. Please email me at YYYY@YYYY
