Any Help For Suffering From Flatulence From 3 Months?

Hi Doctor,
I am 26 yrs old male from Chennai and suffering from flatulence for the past 3 months. Please advice. I have consulted a doctor and got some tablets. But nothing worked and i also bought some tablets from medical shop and used. But found nothing useful. It s is very irritating for me and i am unable to concentrate on my day to day activities. Please help me.

HI. 3 months is a long period for any medical problems and I hope you have seen a Surgeon or a Gasto-enterologist. In the meantime you can try : tab flatuna or gasex 2 tablets three times a day, home-made curd, Sporalac powder thrice daily, pancreatin containing tablets 1 to 2 with each meal. IF this does not help = visit a Doctor for a prescription based antibiotics and so.
