Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding pinching pain in throat and pain on chest as well.

As you said your throat problem is for last three months and now you have developed pinching pain in throat means there are chances of chronic tonsillitis with sepsis.

Here I would like to tell you that you should consult your ENT doctor for examination and relevant investigations to establish the correct diagnosis that may be accordingly manage.

Regards.
