Any Advise For White Spots Under Skin On Penis And Yellow Spots On Each Side Of Banjo String?

Hello doctor, I've had a two problems with my penis since I was 11. The first one is when I pull back my foreskin there is yellow spots on each side of my banjo string just at the top, they rant painful but they damage my confidence and I do not think it's PPP. The second problem is I have white spots under the skin on my penis, it goes from my skin on my testicles to about half way up my shaft.
Please can you help me as I have been suffering for many years now. Thank you . P.S I am now 16 and never had sexual intercourse

Hi,

I can understand your concern for white spots under skin on penis and yellow spots on each side of banjo string.

After reading your query it appears to be "Pearly penile papules". These are the proliferation of sebaceous glands at the penile skin and are not indicative of any disease process.

As you are sexually inactive till now so thre is no possibility of any type of sexually transmitted disease. If you had been sexually active then a possibility of Molluscum contagiosum could be made but it is out as per your sexually inactive status.

You can visit a dermatologist and appraise my suggestion to him to get further guidance.
