Any Advise For Itchiness And Red Skin Below Left Breast, Systolic BP Of 180 And Dystolic BP 80?

three months ago i noticed a itchy rash below my left breast. these rashes were scattered from the xiphoid process to my side and upto about 1 inch below my breast. pain and itchiness radiated from deep within the skin. my doctor gave me herpikind ointment 10mg and adviced to wash with warm water. the rash and itching very gradually disappeared but the pain persisted and intensified and skin is reddish. also my systolic blood pressure is 180 and dystolic BP is 80.

Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Your lesion is suggestive of Herpes infection. Your doctor has prescribed you herpikind ointment for local application. You continue with that and take oral acyclovir for faster recovery. For pain NSAIDs like ibuprofen can be taken.
As your systolic blood pressure is very high, start taking antihypertensive medicine after consulting a cardiologist.
