first go for all investigations like peripheral blood pictres and then complete stool examination for parasites. all things will give clue to the cause of ur anemia. but dont worry. take iron tab once daily for 2 to 3months and then repeat the blood test. see for improvement.also take a lot of green leafy vegetables

hi shubhangi;
Iron deficiency Anaemia & loose motions are two different problems.Firstly you need to correct loose motions .Get a stool routine examination or consult a doctor for loose motion & get treated .Once you are fine then you can start Iron tablets to increase your blood ;you can take Tab-FORTIRON one tab daily for 2 months & recheck Hb again.

Dear Shubhangi
institution of iron to cure anaemia many a times has a tedency to creat diarrhoea. so the best thing is cure your diarrhoea first. Avoid stale and fast food rehydrate yourself and be regular with diet. Amongst herbal medicines we recommend sanjivini vati and destrol to control diarrhoea. once it is cured then have tab abhrloh.
