Am Post Op Bilateral Knee Replacement. Severe Osteoarthritis. Feel Tired. Have To Sit After The Activity. Suggestions?

I am 3 weeks post op bilateral knee replacement dx: severe osteoarthritis. 55yo 5'7" 160#'s PT says I am leaps and bounds ahead of schedule in all aspects. I see huge improvement of mobility daily. But---I am so tired everytime I do any activities. Exercising, showering, cooking, laundry. I have to sit and rest after most all tasks. WHY AM I SO TIRED.(postop hgb9.3)

After bilateral knee replacement, it takes at least 6 weeks of regular physiotherapy to regain the full range of movement and the strength. The symptoms you are feeling now are normal and will decrease gradually.
