Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion pregnancy is the first thing to be ruled out in a regularly menstruating woman. As the pregnancy test is negative there is no chance of pregnancy. The cause of delayed period might be stress, overweight or obesity etc.So avoid stress if any.Even the thought of pregnancy also delays the period. The optimum weight for you is around 55 kg.So weight reduction also helps in regularisation of cycles. If irregular cycles continue PCOD and thyroid abnormalities should be ruled out.
