Am I Having Cancer Cells Or HPV Again?

i had hpv a few years ago that caused cancer cells and i had surgery to remove them. A month ago i had a pap that showed cancer cells and i have a follow up in three months. I was just wanting to know does this mean i just have cancer cells or hpv again?

It means that cancer is there and it is HPV induced. it is still in very early stage and with proper treatment it will be cured.
