Aged Person, Proper Diet. Hospitalized Due To Bowel Issues. Now Have Bleeding Ulcers. 2 Feet Of Small Intestine Removed. Suggestions?

My mother, age 74, OUTSTANDING physical health and diet, has been hospitalized for the past 4 months duw to bowel issues. Started with Escemic bowel, diet corrected that, bleeding ulcers in her stomach, 2 feet of her small intestine removed, stomach is distended and filled with gas, bowels are not working.....what advice do you have?

Hi, it appears to be a malignant change in the intestines. The primary may be in the nearby organs. She must be under the care of gastroenterologist, so regarding treatment she need not be advised.
I advise her to avoid spices, junk foods, and oily foods. and also advise her to avoid anxiety of health. Thank you.
