After Walking Feel Numb In Legs. Needles In Feet, Ankles. Few Years Back Fell Over. MRI Shows Arthritis In Spine. Took Injection. Treatment?

Yes please, after walking which I do about 3 times per day, as I have a dog. I find while walking and sometimes when I get back, I get numbness in both legs, pins and needles in my feet and ankles and it gets to the point where my legs are completely numb and I feel I am going to fall over. I did fall over about 5 years ago, which caused me a lot of pain in my legs in the front and in the feet, after an MRI it was discovered I have arthritis in my spine. I was given an injection in my spine for the pain, it was okay for about a year, but now I have this numbness, I wondered if the arthritis is spreading, or deterioration is setting in, do you think I should go back to the pain clinic where I went the first time after falling, thank you V.
