Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be due to the gastric hyper acidity, due to the peptic ulcer, irritant foods, anxiety etc. The other causes may be the pancreatitis, or kidney pain.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have gastroscopy, and ultrasound besides other tests.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, dompridone, and antasid gel till you get confirmation.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to prevent such pains.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
