Abdominal Pain, Constipation. Drank Prune Juice, Had Diarrhea. Should I Drink More Prune Juice?
on monday and tuesday last week i had on and off abdominal pain, it wasnt serious - on wednesday i didnt have any problems with my bowels at all, on thursday i didnt go at all and since friday i have been constipated, yesterday i drank half a bottle of prune juice and had diarreah, and today i am constipated again, what is going on?
if i drink more prune juice will i become regular again?

Prune juice is a most potent laxative ,hence it develops diarrhea.
As you are having constipation & you took prune juice , got relief alright.
But what was the reason of constipation ?
In my opinion consult a gastroenterologist and get his opinion and than take a proper treatment.
