Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
Your child seems to have a Viral fever as she is having temperature associated with leg pains and abdominal pain.
You can give Tylenol in prescribed dosage for fever in prescribed dose.
Give plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration.
Consult your Pediatrician for the physical examination to look for the focus of any infection and appropriate treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.

stomach ache in children could be because of various reasons..........

it could be from a simple cause like the child did not want go to school or it could be dangerous thing like appendicitis

since your child is also having fever now i request you to get him checked up by a doctor and get investigated if required
