82 Years. Bruise In Eye Area, Unable To Sleep And Work Properly. History Of Hitting Head Against Hard Wall. Thoughts?

I ran into a hard wall and struck the left side of my head very hard' A bruse appeared and then my eye and eye area turned black and blue. That was a few dys ago and since then my whole eye are is black and blue - I can't seem to get enough sleep and I am not able to get anything done. I am 82 , and basically had been able to function as usual for my age. Any advice or thoughts, please?

Hi,
Due to hard hit there is hematoma formed on head now gravitated down in the eye and surrounding giving rise to black eye.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day.
Go for one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines after consulting your doctor.
Put antibiotic eye drops 3-4 times a day.
Ok and take care.
