7 Year Old. Fever, Temperature 102, Little Red Dots On Lip. How To Bring Down Temperature?
My 7 year old son was feeling fine last night about 10 pm he started not feeeling good and said he was gonna get sick around 1230 am he threw up and had a temp of 102.9. I noticed these little red dots under his bottom lip there still there and his temp is about 100.9 now he cant keep the tylenol down ? he still thinks hes gonna get sick.

give him paracetamol at 15 mg/kg body weight and if temp doesnt come down then tepid sponging is to be done to bring down the temperature.
