7 months pregnant, weakness, cough, chills, difficulty breathing, blocked nose. Treatment options?

I am 7 months pregnant & have been in bed for 2 days feeling weak, coughing, hot & cold chills, it feels hard to breathe stuffy nose, cannot taste & not much of an appetite . Im not sure what I can do I take my multivitamin everyday, vitamin c & D. Should I take my florify pill at night? Whatever this cold or flu is has taken away all my energy.
