7 Month Son, Bumps On Arm, Legs With Occasional Itching. Reason?

hi im writing because my son who is 7 months and i share these bumps that are tiny and not numerous or big in sie but he has about 6 or 7 in a group on his arm and three in a tight cluster in his leg. i have them affecting my fingers hands and toes and feet. They do not itch except occasionally and do not hurt. I don't pop them but i did squeeze one of mine to see the color of the fluid inside and it is clear..i went to the pediatrician and the VA to see my doctor and neither doctor could come up with nything. They say not to worry about it but he has gotten a couple bumps since ive seen them. Im getting really worried because i dont want them to spread.
