6GPD deficient patient is suffering from fever, serious diarrhea with vomiting

I am 6GPD deficient and my son is also 6GPD deficient. He is 1 and half year old. He is suffering from fever/serious diarrhea/vomiting since 1 June and he is not eating & drinking water etc except breast milk . Doctor has advised him Amikacin Sulphate Injection along with Ceftrixaxone Injection. Are these both injections are save to be administrated to my baby having 6GPD deficiency. Please advise.

According to studies there is less chance for any adverse effects to a G6PD baby by these medicines. You may continue taking them as per the Doctor's orders.
