6 Month Baby, Fever, Sleepier, Reluctant To Take Milk, Clammy. Should I Meet A Doctor?
Hi, my baby is nearly six months old. She has been unusually sleepier for a week. From friday had a high fever going up to 39.5. Difficult feeding as if she is in pain. Snotty nose. Took her to walk in centre yesterday morning and she was seen by a general doctor. He heard crackles on her right lower lobe and said her throat was fine. Prescribed broad spectrum antiobiotic...She is getting increasingly more miserable and is usually a happy contented baby. Appears to be in pain alot with her throat and reluctant to take her milk because of it. Has had half her normal milk volume in last 24 hours. Wet nappies still and no apparent signs of dehydration. However her fever has gone since last night but her temp is now around 35.8 and she appears clammy. Should I be taking her to see a paediatrician? Is awake for about an hour maximum before needing to sleep again. Very discontented. No rash.Thanks

i give you some explaination
child need only brest milk for 2 years and after 2 year there is no need of milk
if we add cows milk as it is animal protein it causes problems in many children
if you have added milk or diary withdraw this completely withdraw all milk and diary products and after 3 week of withdrawl there will be no recurence in future
till then you can give sympatomatic tretment as you have given before
