4 month baby is suffering from green loose motion

my baby is fourth month old and she is having heavy green motion in green colour since one month she is on mothers milk she has little fever also the doctor has advice us to give her more water instead of milk and nestum rice and some antibiotics what you suggest me

dear thanks for choosing health care magic.She could have some viral infection.give her medicines as advised and mother milk and formula as advised. there is no need to worry she will be fine.please avoid giving too much from out side except mothers milk till 6 months of age.ok buy take care.
