Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
In majority of cases palpitation is due to anxiety which is shortlived and gets cured of its own. There is a disease which is regarded as sinus tachycardia which has got no aetiology but palpitation comes suddenly and calls for some rest or treatment generally tranquilizer to eradicate anxiety. Avoid acidity and gas these too can cause palpitation. Light diet deep breathing and meditation can cure without medicine.

hi liza
palpitation may be due to
-hypersensitive nature

-other medical condition
as u have no other problem , u need not to worry
it is incidental and do not required any medicine
if u feel u have more severe problem then better to have ur self examined.
