26 Year Old Female, Had Regular Periods. Continuous Bleeding For 3.5 Months. What Could Be This?

Hi,

I just turned 26. All my life I've had regular periods. However I have not stopped bleeding since three and half months ago. It's never been that light of a bleeding either. I don't have health insurance which has kept me from going to the Dr. I finally found a legitimate free health clinic and I'm going tomorrow. I was just wondering if anyone here has experienced similar situations or if anyone knows what this might be. I don't have pain or anything like that.

Thank you.

Your symptoms suggests you could be suffering from DUB.
DUB is dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
It is a diagnosis of exclusion.
Treatment includes hormonal supplementation.

Hope this helps.
