18 Years Old Irregular Periods

hello , age:18 years 2 months height:5.6 ft weight: 49 kg. my period cycle is very irregular.It lates 2-3 months than period date.i consulted doctor and he gave me medicine but now its not normal situation . my report of sonography pelvis indicates that polycytic appearance of ovaries.; both ovaries are bulky with presence of multiple tiny peripherally situated follicles with echogenic stroma right ovary measures 35*17*35mm(vol.11c) left ovary measures 33*19*31mm(vol 10cc) no free fluid in POD ---------------------------------------- my periodical cycle is also not regular!!! will you give me the right guidance about this problem?

the condition you described known for irregular periods and it may take treatment for long time may be more tha 6 months
get thyroid function test also and blood sugar if not done yet
be under doctor's care till you get the result take regular exercises and healthy balanced diet with plenty of water and be tension free
