14 Years. Short, No Public Hair And Hair In Armpit, Small Penis. Any Problem In Starting Puberty?

Hi I'm 14 and very short. I'm only 5 ft. 1" and I have hardly any pubic hair and no armpit hair and my penis size is very small. Also, people tell me I look alot younger than I should. Although I know a few guys that are the same size as me and have more than likely not hit puberty properly like me, I'm still very worried. will you please explain to me what you think is wrong. (and please be honest don't spare my feelings) By the way, my dad says he didnt start puberty until 16 if that helps.

hI,
Welcome to HCM.
As your father told it may be due to a constitutional delay runs in certain families decided by genetic inheritance. Anyhow if you undergo for a hormonal analysis the total testosterone level must be around 30-53 ng/dLt for you. If it is less than 20 it is better to consult an endocrinologist. Nothing serious. It can solved easily.
