10 Years Old OBT Is +ve But Stool Is Yellow

my new born, 10 day old son stool routine test shows every thing normal, Rbc not detected, but occult blood test in stool shows positive, what does it means, even his stool is proper yellow.

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.Presence of occult blood in stool means microscopic bleeding in the gut which cant be detected by naked eyes.This must be investigated to diagnose the cause of bleeding.Consult your pediatrician.Thanks and good luck.
