Hi, I am 10 weeks pregnant. From last night i have been getting these poking and pinching pains in my lower right abdomen . It s not like it s unberable, they just come and go every few seconds. I don t have any other symptoms like cramping, bleeding or spotting. Should i be worried? Please email your answer to YYYY@YYYY . Thank you very much

Hi,Thanks for your query.
if the pain is continuous it is better to do urine basic examination to rule out urinary tract infection, and do one ultrasound abdomen to rule out appendicitis,(you hav pain in rt lower abdomen),And TO SEE THE WELL BEING of foetus,to rule out renal stones.
if every thing is normal cosult your gynaecologist for starting t.Progesteron.
TAke care.
