I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

The normal range of TSH is 0.4 to 4.0 MIU per liter.
For the hypothyroid or hyperthyroid patients undergoing treatment,this range is 0.5 to 3.0 MIU per liter.

A value above the normal range of TSH indicates hypothyroidism and requires thyroid hormone replacement therapy (like Thyronorm).

Your TSH levels lie within normal range.

Free T4 levels (FT4) generally range from 0.9 to 2.4 ng/dL.

Your FT4 levels also lie within normal range.

TSH levels are a better indicator of thyroid function as it's rise or fall always precedes the rise or fall in FT3 AND FT4 levels.

Kindly share your complete symptomatology,history of presenting complaints,co morbidities and drug history.
Are you a patient of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism?

Looking to your thyroid levels one year back and now,I would suggest you a dose of 50 micro grams of Thyronorm.

Dose is usually increased or decreased by 25 micro grams to achieve an optimum dose which maintains euthyroid status of patient.

Please go for repeat thyroid function tests after a duration of 6 months (and every 6 months) and dose can be titrated as per result.

I took thyronorm 75 for year long as on 14.10.2018 my TSH level and FT4 level were 3.834 & 1.51 respectively I was undergoing dyslipidemia treatment so my dr. advised me for this dose. Now, after one year my TSH & FT4 are 1.963 & 1.02, so I want to know as to what would be the correct dose of thyronorm from this time onwards in the given level of the problem.
