Question: my name is XXXXXXX , age 33 , weight 85 , height 6 feet 2
Two years ago in march 2019 , I had sex with my wife and after that ..A BUMP inside my penis opening (meatus) appeared .
NO DISCHARGE FROM PENIS , NO PAIN WHILE URINATING , NO FEVER , NO OTHER SYMTOMS.
ONLY SYMTOM WAS .....Little burning after every ejaculation . Mild burning . i waited for 20 days then I visited urologist . He asked for some STD test (HIV , HEPATITIS B AND C , Shyphillis) . They all came out cleared(negative) for me and my wife . Then he prescribed me some drugs including antibiotics for 5 days. and told me that bump will disappear on its own.
burning after ejaculation disappeared after some time .
BUT THIS BUMP never disappeared . Its harmless .No pain or discomfort .
Only problem is its narrowed my penis opening so that rang of my ejaculation reduced considerably .
I am attaching pics of bump and my reports . Please help with this bump problem.

Brief Answer:
It could be a Submucous Cyst

Based on the facts and photographs that you have uploaded It seems to be a small Submucous Cyst in terminal part of Urethra .Normally it gets resolved spontaneously and no active intervention is required except in a situation if gets infected or increases in size causing obstructing urine flow .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get it excised if needed to be. It is a simple out patient procedure done under local anesthesia.

Brief Answer:
No ointment can resolve it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

Urethral Mucosa is very sensitive hence it burns on touching it .

There are multiple of mucus secreting glands in urethral mucosa which secrete mucus yo keep it moist The blockage of opening of one of the glands results in accumulation of mucus beneath the mucosa causing it to form a cyst..

Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
There is no possibility of STD at all.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Find answers to your questions as detailed below.

1) It is not serious at all. even though you do not go for surgery.
However there are every risk of getting it infected and abscess formation.

2) It will not affect your fertility

3)The surgery is successful. However chances of getting it again can not be ruled out.

Thanks and Regards.
