Hi Dr,

I have some technical problem with the portal which is the reason you're observing these reports.

Let me provide some information about myself. My name is Swati. Only one prescription which you can see in attachment.

I am interacting you with lots of hope. I am hoping to get some good recommendation to overcome my problem.
I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder after my pregnancy. I had used the prescribed medicine for a couple of days. Then I didn’t continue. Last year, I had panic attack which was confirmed by a Dr. This year feb month, I had a very bad breathing problem with server headache and nausea symptoms. I had the anxiety medicine within 30 minutes all my symptoms were gone, and I was feeling perfect. This situation happened twice, once in Feb and another last Dec. I don’t know what it is called? Currently, I am observing I am feeling lots of fear with my job. I am sad all the time. If someone speaks which is not in-favor of me, the words and situation keeps recycling my mind and makes me super sad person. Every time I will feel like I am going to lose my job and keep watching some 100 times the mailbox for no reason. These are very unusual behavior I am into which I was not doing earlier. I get fear if I get any projects. I feel irritated, sad all the time. My mind is never claim and peace. It’s always disturbed and negative. I try to do meditation but nothing changes. I am losing my confidence in office work, unable to remember few simple things also. I am worried. I am having 2 year little baby but I don’t feel like to play with her and enjoy with her. I am just unhappy person.
Can you please help me to answer my below questions?
What kind of anxiety I have?
Do I need to take some medicine? If yes, can you prescribe?
Can this problem will be solved?
What lifestyle I need to maintain which will give me little peace in my mind?

Thank you,
Swati

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up and proving relevant details.

I am sorry to know that you are suffering with mental health issues.

Although it is not possible to diagnose with precision with limited details but from the available information it appears that you are suffering with anxiety disorder with depression. In other words there is mixed anxiety and depressive features and condition is called mixed anxiety and depressive disorder.

I think there is definite need for treatment as mental health issues affecting your functioning. The treatment includes both medicine as well as psychotherapy.

I can prescribe but law of land does not allow me to prescribe anxiety medication without in person or video consultation.

Yes this problem can be solved. It is possible to get rid of the problem with proper treatment.

Stress management is the key to minimise this problem but I do not think this is sufficient as the problem is beyond limits at this stage. I feel Pranayam and deep breathing exercise are the one which can help you to a certain extent.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
