Brief Answer:
Taking Paracetamol will make you feel better

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

It's quite common to feel hot/ feverish while having respiratory tract infection. Taking Paracetamol tablet which is an antipyretic will definitely make you feel better.
Apart from it , I will advise you the following which will help with your other complaints
1. Warm saline gargling : To a glass of lukewarm water add two spoon of common table salt. Gargle throat with it thrice a day.
2 Steam inhalation : 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day . Having a electronic steamer will be helpful. It will help by relieving nasal congestion and will humid the airway preventing any bronchospasm
3. Antihistamines like Cetrizine Will be helpful

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
